2009-10 Testing
WIDA has developed a set of Kindergarten FAQs to highlight common points of confusion pertaining to the new assessment format introduced in 2008-09, as well as the new guidance offered for this assessment in 2009-10.
The following explanations are being issued in response to known errata and statements requiring clarification in the 2009-10 testing materials. Please contact the WIDA Help Desk (1-866-276-7735) if you have any questions or concerns about this information.

Test administrators do not need to check "stopped here" if the student attempts the items in F5 because all students stop after F5 regardless of performance. Scores will not be impacted if the box is checked. |
The issues mentioned above do not in any way affect the test scores that students will
receive on ACCESS for ELLs nor do they have the potential to compromise results with regard to the validity or reliability of the test.
